1.UponreceiptofmembershipwalletcardandkeytagstheCardmemberagreestobeboundbytheprogramrulesandconditions.2.AutoRewardspointsthePointsareearnedbymakingqualifedpurchasesofproductsandservicesonlyatMiltonToyotaMiltonHyundaiandGorrudsAutotheDealership.3.MembersmustpresentvalidmembershipCardattimeofpurchaseinordertoaccumulatePoints.4.10ofthetotaldollarsyouspendtowardaqualifedpurchaseORthefxedPointawardforspecifctransactionsasoutlinedinthemembershipmaterialswillbeaccruedinPointstodiscountyournextneworpre-ownedvehiclepurchaseattheDealership.5.EachofthePointsearnedisequaltoonedollarinawarddiscounts.6.Qualifedpurchasesincluderetailpartsdetailservicesmaintenanceandaccessories.Neworpre-ownedvehiclepurchasesbodyshopservicesandwholesalepartspurchasesareexcludedfromthisprogram.Pointsareearnedoncustomerpaytransactionsonly.WarrantyrepairsdonotqualifyforPointsaccumulation.7.Programislimitedtoamaximumawardlevelof2000Points.8.PointsmaybeaccumulateduptofveyearsfromtheoriginalmembershipstartdatebutmaynotexceedthePointslimit.9.Membershipexpiresfveyearsfromoriginalmembershipstartdate.AccumulatedPointsmustbeusedwithinbeforemembershipexpirationorthePointswillbeforfeited.10.MembershipandPointsmaynotbetransferredfromaccounttoaccount.AtnotimecanmemberspoolPointstoincreasestandings.Membershipandaccumulatedearningsmaynotbebarteredbrokeredsoldortransferredforanyreasonincludingdeathanddomesticmatters.11.TotalPointsstandingscanbecheckedatanyDealershipPointsscanterminalwillbetrackedintheFlexstatdatabaseandwillbeupdatedwitheachqualifedpurchase.Transactioncreditswillbepostedwithin30daysofthetransactiondate.12.WhenredeemingPointstowardavehiclepurchasemembersmustpresentavalidmembershipCardcontainingtheiraccumulatedPointswithproperidentifcation.13.Pointsmayonlybeaccumulatedatthetimethemembermakesaqualifedpurchase.14.Pointshavenocashvalueandcannotberedeemedforcash.15.Onlyoneaccountmaybeusedpervehiclepurchase.16.MembershipCardsremainthepropertyoftheDealershipandmustbesurrendereduponrequest.17.ParticipationinthisprogramisofferedatthesolediscretionoftheDealershipandmaybeterminatedatanytimewithoutpriornotice.18.TheDealershipreservestherighttodisqualifyanypersonsfromparticipationifinitssolejudgmentthememberviolatestherulesandregulationsgoverningthisprogram.IntheeventofdisqualifcationorprogramterminationaccumulatedPointswillbeimmediatelyterminated.19.Allmembersmustbeatleast18yearsofagetoparticipate.20.AccumulatedPointsmaynotberedeemedifyouareindefaultunderthetermsandconditionsoftheserulesorwithregardtoanyobligationwhichmaybeduetheDealership.21.Determinationofincomeortaxliabilityrelatedtotheparticipationinthisprogramisthesoleresponsibilityoftheparticipatingmember.NeitherNuCarConsultingInc.northeDealershipmakeanyrepresentationastothecurrentorfuturetaxconsequencestotheparticipatingmembersastothecreditingtransferuseredemptionordispositionofprogramearnings.22.Theprogramhasnopre-determinedterminationdate.TheprogrammaybeterminatedatanytimewithoutpriornoticeatthewishesoftheDealershipandorNuCarConsultingInc.23.TheDealershipandNuCarConsultingInc.reservetherighttoauditallaccountsforcompliancewiththeserules.Intheeventthatanauditrevealsdiscrepanciestheprocessingofprogramearningsmaybedelayeduntilsuchdiscrepanciesareresolved.TheDealershipreservestherighttomakeanyandalldecisionsastothevalidityofaccumulatedPoints.Alldecisionsareconsideredfnal.24.Corporationspartnershipsandotherentitiesmaynotbeeligibletoparticipate.25.NothingintheserulesorintheprogramshallbeconstruedtoestablishanagencypartnershiporjointventurerelationshipbetweentheDealershipNuCarConsultingInc.oranyotherparty.NuCarConsultingInc.isnotresponsibleandassumesnoliabilityforchangesinordiscontinuanceofaDealershipservicewhichmayaffecttheprogrambenefts.26.TheDealershipandNuCarConsultingInc.reservetherighttochangetheprogramrulesatanytimewithoutpriornoticetomembers.AutoRewardsRulesRegulations44
